Thank you for choosing LaScenty! Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
Shipping times do tend to vary depending on how fast the order is processed.
We produce and mix the fragrances with our custom formula here at our warehouse so it might take 2-3 business days to process your order and shipping can take up to 7-12 days to be delivered.
In rare cases, it may take more for an item to arrive.
1. Order Processing:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment verification.
- In the event of a delay, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.
2. Shipping Methods:
- We offer the following shipping methods: Standard, Expedited, and Express. Shipping options and rates can be selected during the checkout process.
- Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and unforeseen circumstances.

We typically ship orders the same day but please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process and ship.
Ex: (If you order on Monday, your order should ship out somewhere between Monday to Thursday).
3. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method chosen. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before confirming your order.
4. International Shipping:
- LaScenty offers international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries.
5. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.
6. Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. LaScenty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time-gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order.
7. Shipping Delays:
- We strive to meet the estimated delivery times, but shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, carrier issues, or customs processing. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided; however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open.
- LaScenty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package or provide a secure delivery location.
9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by LaScenty, and thus cannot be refunded.
We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside of your country.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
By placing an order at LaScenty, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to LaScenty. Please refer to our returns and exchange policy here for further information on how to return your package.
DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers above in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
